Windsor International Film Festival

WIFF Ticket Policy

We recommend that customers arrive at WIFF Box Office 30 minutes before the scheduled start of their event.

All tickets and passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets are valid only for the event for which they are issued and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

$1 from each ticket goes to the Capitol Theatre restoration fund.

Adult tickets can be purchased online and at the WIFF Box Office.

Student, FlickFest, and Short Film Program tickets must be purchased at the WIFF Box Office.

Festival passes must also be purchased at the WIFF Box Office.

Pass Holders must pick up tickets daily for the films they wish to attend that day. It is not possible to get tickets to every film screening that day; for films that are playing at the same time, only one can be chosen.

Online tickets will not be mailed and cannot be picked up until the Box Office officially opens on Monday, October 28th.

Due to circumstances outside WIFF’s control, the film schedule is subject to change. Please check the website regularly to see if there have been any changes or cancellations to your screening or event.

All screenings of foreign language films are in the original language with English subtitles, unless otherwise indicated.

Proof of age by government issued ID will be required prior to admission for persons appearing under the age of 18.

For tickets and passes, students must present valid student ID at time of purchase and pick-up.
